fab before

Ok I have been asked to post some before pics and here is a shocker – this was after Chemo treatment and radiation treatment! The most I have ever weighed. Enough to scare anyone into getting going in a direction!
The other pic was after I lost approx 35-40kgs from May 2006 to February 2007.
I did this all with adjusting my eating and no exercise, except for walking.
